This pavilion is ideal for one or two people. Gemeinschaftl. Kitchen and bathroom are located externally. Standing on the banks of the big pond, the pavilion offers beautiful views. Terraced small garden with potted plants. The name of this pavilion is based on the Thai name of garrettiana Cassia (Leguminosae), a local Wild wood, which grows near the pavilion. The Thai name of this tree is ต้น ขี้เหล็ก (sound Khilek).
LOCATION: on elevated ground near the big pond, with views of the pond to the north.
SURFACE: Internal area 30 sq.m., external area (covered but not screened) 44 square meters, plus usable garden area about 100 square meters.
OPERATIONS: The pavilion is designed for residential stay of 1-2 persons (standard configuration).
BUILDING: A pavilion in wood on stilts, built in 2006-2007. The roof of the pavilion is insulated with foil to heat and has openings for air circulation. Width outside wooden staircase (handrail on only one side, therefore only partly suitable for children and seniors!). Windows, doors and other openings are protected with mosquito-gauze.
ROOMS: Upstairs 1 bedroom (with ceiling fan, sink and urinal), and 1 and covered with gauze surrounded residential porch (with refrigerator, coffee maker, ceiling fan). Bathroom (with hot shower) for shared use, separately located and removed. Kitchen (gas stove) for shared use, separately located and removed.
FURNITURE: The main furniture is a double bed with mattress (soft on one side and hard on the other), table, chairs.
GARDEN: The private usable shady garden, with potted plants located mainly on and around the pavilion on a raised surface. The garden is terraced to the big pond now and offers a beautiful view over the pond. Parking and covered motorcycle parking space available.
HOUSE INFRASTRUCTURE: electricity, tap water (drinkable) water reserve tank (2,000 liters) and pump. Fast Internet (WLAN) unlimited and free.
EQUIPMENT: bed linen and towels. possible changes in the furniture with restriction; iron and ironing board, radio, hi-fi system, DVD player, TV, water boiler, toaster, blender, etc.: On request and at no extra cost. Resort facilities chapter at the end of the site.
SPECIAL EQUIPMENT AND SERVICE: supply of bottled Drinking water (in bottles and cans). Supply of beverages. Room-cleaning service. Breakfast (European or Thai, seasonal fruit).
