This rustic cottage is suitable for 1-2 persons. External gemeinschaftl. or private facilities, own small Thai cuisine. On the big pond located, with private pier.

The name of this little house refers to the Lychee, Litchi chinensis (Sapindaceae, Soapberry family), grown from the three specimens next door. The Thai name of this tree ลิ้นจี่ (Linchi) is.

LOCATION: On riverside of the big pond.
SURFACE: internal living space plus 26 sqm terrace.
USE: The cottage is designed for home-stay for 1 person (standard configuration) up to 2 persons (maximum occupancy).
BUILDINGS: In brick construction, built in 2005. Windows open for air circulation, closed with shutters, floors made of stone. Windows and doors are protected with mosquito-gauze.
ROOMS: a bedroom and living room (fan), covered porch and an external community or private bathroom (with hot Shower, sink and toilet Thai).
FURNITURE: The main equipment of furniture is a double bed with mattress, table, desk, chairs, shelves, Thai kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, water boiler.
GARDEN: The cottage is situated in the natural garden. Parking and covered motorcycle parking space available.
HOUSE INFRASTRUCTURE: electricity, tap water (drinkable) water reserve tank and pump. Fast Internet (WLAN) unlimited and free.
EQUIPMENT: Bed linen and towels. External communal washing machine.
SPECIAL EQUIPMENT AND SERVICE: supply of bottled drinking water (in bottles and cans). Supply of beverages. Room-cleaning service. Breakfast (European or Thai, seasonal fruit).
