This rustic chalet is suitable for 1-2 people in a short period of hire. Gemeinschaftl. Bathroom, kitchen sharing. Near a small pond located on the shady garden with chalet.

The name of this chalet is based on Clerodendrum (Labiatae), a local wild woods with fragrant white flowers (February-March), which extensively from the chalet growing. The Thai name of this shrub is นางแย้ม (Nang Yaem).

LOCATION: On elevated ground, hidden under tall trees.
SURFACE: Internal area 15 sqm, plus useful external area (covered but not screened), plus usable garden space.
USE: The chalet is designed for home-stay for 1 person (standard configuration) up to 2 persons (maximum occupancy).
BUILDING: A chalet in brickwork, built in 2003. Tiled windows open for air circulation, floor. Windows, doors and other openings are protected with mosquito-gauze.
ROOMS: 1 private bedroom (fan) and a shared bathroom (with hot shower, washbasin and toilet Thai).
FURNITURE: The main furniture is a double bed with mattress (soft on one side and hard on the other), and also table or desk, chairs, shelves.
GARDEN: The chalet is surrounded by a shady garden with seating. Parking and covered motorcycle parking space available.
