This combination of bungalow and pavilion is ideal for one or two people or a small family. The bungalow has a fully-equipped kitchen and a washing machine, a garden with shrubs and trees, whose flowers smell strong. Beautiful view from every window of the bungalow, the garden and the pavilion.

The name refers to the bungalow Plumeria (Apocynaceae), an ornamental tree with fragrant flowers that were planted from which different varieties. Plumeria is also known as Frangipani and pagoda-tree, and in Thai as ลั่นทม (Lanthom).

LOCATION: located at an elevated level, next to the Atlantic Ocean, overlooking the entire north pond, and with views to the east.
LIVING AREA: 88 sqm Internal area, external area (covered but not screened) 44 square meters, plus usable garden area etwa 100 qm.

Grund­fläche Beton; Wände des Bungalows aus Ziegel- und Beton­steinen, das Schlaf­zimmer (Klima­anlage) mit Doppel­wand für zu­sätzliche Isolation. Schöne Aus­blicke über den grossen Teich von der schattigen Terrasse und vom Pavillon aus, sowie über die Land­schaft zur öst­lichen Gebirgs­kette from the sunny terrace.
