Untermiter / searched in June
Hi,
I want a nice, relaxing or a sub-tenant as of June.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor and very bright There are 2 rooms and a kitchen in one easy to eat and drink four people or can. With a bit of trouble but also fit up to 8 at the table.
In the bathroom a bathtub with shower and a washing machine that can be shared love of course. The rent is of course DSL and phone mit enthalten.
Zusätzlich gibt es noch einen großen und trockenen Keller in dem noch viel Platz ist.
Der S- und U-Bahnhof Rathaus-Steglitz ist in 8min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sonst fahren hier noch der M85, 285, 283 und der N9 Bus.
Um die Ecke ist ein Kaisers und ein Edeka.
Zu mir: Ich bin Informatikstudent an der TU-Berlin. Ich bin während des Semesters eher selten zuhause, da ich noch nebenbei arbeite und mindestens 3 mal die Woche Training habe.
