The name of this pavilion was chosen because of consider him particularly well in the pond reflecting the moon.
LOCATION: ground floor level slightly above the water level of the adjacent large pond, overlooking the pond in an easterly direction. From the top floor (with bedroom) Panoramic views of pond and landscape, and to the mountains to the east and west. LIVING AREA: 19 sqm Internal area, external area (covered but not screened) 21 sqm, sq. ft. plus usable garden area about 5.
AVAILABILITY: The pavilion is designed for residential stay of 1 person (standard configuration), but space is sufficient for up to 2 persons (maximum occupancy). BUILDING: A small bungalow made of concrete / brick (basement), about a pavilion constructed in wood on stilts, connected to an external wooden staircase, built in 2006-2008. Separate bath-house of brick, built into the staircase. The basement was full daylight and direct access to porch and pier. On the ground floor level, the Bad, and increases a porch with railings. The top floor of the pavilion will comprise an area surrounded by a Veranda with panoramic views. The roof is in the central part (sleeping area), insulated with foil to heat and has openings for air circulation. Windows, doors and other openings are protected with mosquito-gauze.
ROOMS: The basement includes a living room with kitchenette (fridge, two ring electric stove, microwave, table fan), the top floor of the pavilion, one bedroom (with wall-fan). The bathroom is with hot shower (gas), sink and toilet in the western style.
FURNITURE: The main furniture is a double bed with mattress, table, chairs. The basement with a small built-in safe.
GARDEN: the private usable garden is on a pond in the basement. The garden is shady and sunny areas and has a view over the pond. Parking and covered motorcycle parking space available.
HOUSE INFRASTRUCTURE: electricity, gas cylinder (15 kg), water (potable) water reserve tank (700 liters) and pump. Fast Internet (WLAN), unlimited and free.
EQUIPMENT: linen and towels, water heater, kitchen with all necessary items. On request at an extra charge: iron and ironing board, radio, hi-fi system, DVD player, television, toaster, blender, etc.
SPECIAL EQUIPMENT AND SERVICE: telephone connection (for long-term rental). Supply of bottled drinking water (in bottles and cans). Supply of beverages. Room-cleaning service. Breakfast (European or Thai, seasonal fruit).
RENTAL: short-term rent: daily, weekly and monthly rental prices in the rental directory . Long term rental (year lease) 6200 Baht per month including all utilities; Deposit 6200 baht.
