This combination of bungalow and pavilion is ideal for one or two people. The bungalow has a fully-equipped kitchen, also a garden pond with its own pier. Beautiful view of bungalow and garden to the pond, and from the pavilion on the mountain. The name refers to the bungalow Dillenia (Dilleniaceae), a native wild wood with showy flowers, which grow from several trees on the bank. Thai name of this tree ส้า น (SAN).
LOCATION: located at two different levels, directly on the Atlantic Ocean, overlooking the entire lake south direction, and the gazebo, overlooking the mountains in the east and west. LIVING AREA: 48 sqm Internal area, external area (covered but not screened) 51 square meters, plus usable garden area about 100 square meters.
OPERATIONS: The bungalow is designed for residential stay of 1 to 2 persons (standard configuration), but still comfortable enough for 3 and for 4 people (maximum occupancy).
BUILDING: A detached bungalow (Dillenia Bungalow), plus a separate pavilion next door (Chom Doi Pavilion) in wood on stilts, built in 2006-2008. Size concrete; walls of the bungalow of brick and concrete blocks, the bedroom (air conditioning) with double wall for extra insulation. Floors are tile and stone. The roofs of bungalows and pavilion are insulated with foil to heat, the pavilion has openings for air circulation. Windows, doors and other openings are protected with mosquito-gauze.
ROOMS: The bungalow has 1 bedroom (with air conditioning plus ceiling fan), 1 en-suite bathroom with hot shower (gas), sink and toilet in the Western style, 1 living room (with ceiling fan), 1 kitchen ( with refrigerator, gas and electric cooker). The pavilion includes an upstairs bedroom (with a wall fan, sink and urinal), 1 covered veranda living room (with refrigerator, wall fan) and ground floor level a bathroom with hot shower (gas), sink, toilet Western style, and Thai-washing machine.
FURNITURE: The main furniture is two double beds (one double bed in the bungalow and in the pavilion), with mattress (soft on one side and hard on the other), also table, chairs, armchairs. The bedroom bungalow has a fitted wardrobe and a built-in safe.
GARDEN: the private usable garden lies between the bungalow and pavilion and along the pond bank. The garden has both shady and sunny places to relax and a pier. Predominantly in the posterior part are tall trees (Agati grandiflora) with white edible flowers, fragrant flowering shrubs and herbaceous plants such as iris and ferns. Parking space and separate covered motorcycle parking available. Covered parking (extra fee).
